Villa 1: A front-row seat to the sea

Panoramic windows bring the sea into view from the living and dining spaces. Upstairs, a bed nestles beneath the roof; outside, the wooden terrace leads towards the sandy beach.

A view worth lingering over

Sea and distant mountains fill the windows around the grey sofa, coffee table and television. The wooden dining table shares that outlook, giving even a simple meal a generous backdrop.

Up beneath the roof

An open wooden staircase links the living space with the upper level. Light bedding, timber bedside furniture and a tall triangular window give the sleeping areas their easy, uncluttered character.

Everyday essentials

The kitchen corner brings together a refrigerator, sink and electric kettle. In the bathroom, a broad counter holds the basin, with an overhead shower close by.

The beach just beyond

Seating stretches along the glass-fronted wooden terrace. From here, steps descend to the sand, carrying the indoor sea views out into the open air.
